Ultimately a very favourable settlement was achieved.

The client was ably repressed by his very caring and eloquent family. His son acted as litigation friend, coordinating valuable input from all of the client’s children and wife. Achieving an excellent settlement combining a lump sum and periodical payments to reflect a dispute regarding life expectancy. Representing the Claimant at the approval hearing along with Leading Counsel and the litigation friend.
