We are delighted to have been re-awarded the prestigious Law Society’s Lexcel accreditation for 2021, in recognition of our excellent practice quality for client care, compliance and practice management. The accreditation sets the standard for:

  • client care;
  • risk management;
  • people management;
  • structure and strategy;
  • financial management;
  • information management;
  • file and case management.

The accreditation is awarded to only around 12% of legal practices in England and Wales.

The Lexcel assessor stated:

“It is clear from this assessment that Serious Injury Law continues to maintain an excellent Lexcel standard.

Communications have always worked well.

The firm has an excellent management culture that is based on sound leadership, good communications, and good staff involvement. People feel valued and appreciated and looked after by the firm, and happy in their work.
