With a legal career focused on personal injury since 2011, Sarah has specialised in serious injury cases since 2013. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and has successfully handled numerous catastrophic injury cases, each valued at over £1 million.

One of Sarah’s proudest career achievements was preventing a lower limb amputation for a client by swiftly arranging examinations and implementing private surgery and rehabilitation, made possible through interim funds obtained from court applications. Her quick action and dedication to her clients’ well-being exemplify her commitment to making a real difference in their lives.

The client sustained complex lower limb injury following a fall from height, rendering him unable to work and suffering from an addiction to the pain medication prescribed. Secured a settlement of £1.2million following a successful placement in a rehabilitation unit.   

Various – Group claim:  

Sarah represented multiple claimants who were involved in a power station collapse and sustained varying complex injuries, resulting in an inability to return to work. The compensation secured for all claimants was in excess of £1.5mil. 

ANON:

The client sustained a traumatic brain injury when he was knocked off his bicycle by another road user. They required a substantial amount of support and we coordinated case management input to assist him and his family prior to his discharge home, where his rehabilitation continued. Regular interim payments were obtained to support him and his family due to his lost earnings and increased care needs. A settlement of over £2.5 million was secured.
