Neil is an Associate Solicitor and a Team Leader in our Serious Injury Team. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and has worked within our Serious Injury Department since 2012.

Neil represents many clients who have suffered a major trauma and require bespoke support and rehabilitation. Most of Neil’s cases have a value of between £50,000 – £500,000 and he has a wealth of experience in both pre-issue and litigated cases, currently handling a range of Road Traffic Accident, Employer Liability, Public Liability, and Product Defect cases.

Neil and his small team also have experience of dealing with multiple and often complex orthopaedic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and Fatal Accident cases.

New Opportunities for Motorcyclist Who Suffered Life-Changing Injuries

Our client was out on his motorbike, when the defendant attempted to change lanes, resulting in a collision. He suffered extensive injuries including multiple fractures to the right tibia, bruising and soft tissue injuries to his forearms & right hip, a fracture to the right ankle, and psychological symptoms.
