Louise is a Chartered Legal Executive working in our serious injury team. She has over 12 years’ of experience in personal injury claims and works on some of our most high priority cases.

Louise has a wealth of knowledge and experience, particularly dealing with pre and post litigated catastrophic cases; involving traumatic brain injury, amputation, spinal and serious/complex orthopaedic cases.

She takes great pride in all of her work, but is particularly proud of the skills and knowledge she possesses that enable her to achieve settlement in complex cases – knowing the funds will be life-changing for her clients. She enjoys building rapport with her clients and their families, helping them through the often-lengthy legal process, to then being able to rebuild their lives after life-altering serious injury.

A case brought by the Claimant following his involvement in an RTA when he was knocked off his motorcycle. Sadly, shortly after the accident he underwent a below the knee amputation and suffered psychological injuries. Liability was admitted in full. The case subsequently settled for £4.1m following a settlement meeting.

A case brought by a male motorcyclist following an RTA in which he sustained life changing orthopaedic injuries and a traumatic brain injury. The injuries mean he is unlikely to walk again; and requires new adapted accommodation and support with all aspects of his life. A £3.75m settlement was recovered.

A case brought by the Claimant following his involvement in an RTA when he was knocked from his motorcycle. He suffered significant injuries, including a traumatic brain injury and brachial plexus injury. The Claimant was unable to return to work, required lifelong care and support from a professional deputy. Settled at £3.95m net of liability.

A serious RTA case, where our client was knocked from his motorcycle. The case proceeded towards a liability trial, and liability was resolved at 60/40 in the Claimant’s favour. Quantum remained in dispute. The Claimant suffered various injuries, but the most significant was a bilateral sacral plexus injury - meaning the Claimant was unable to walk ever again. Because of treatment to save his life, he went into end stage renal failure and so unbeknown to the Defendant had a severely reduced life expectancy. The case settled for £3m gross.
