The claimant, an 18 year old on a night out in Manchester was evicted from a bar. Regrettably, he went back to the bar carrying a knife, a bouncer saw him and used deemed excessive force, striking a bottle over the claimants head, subsequently leaving him with a lifelong eye injury.
