Emma is a Chartered Legal Executive in our serious injury team, with over 20 years’ experience dealing with a range of personal injury cases, including Employers’ Liability and Public Liability (ELPL) cases.

She is a highly motivated lawyer who is passionate about securing justice for clients. At all levels, Emma aims to achieve superior results in below average times and with minimal costs and resources for the client.

Emma is motivated by helping people access and navigate complicated legal challenges, to ultimately seek justice and compensation when they find themselves at a time in their life which is often difficult and stressful enough. Emma is always keen to step outside her comfort zone to broaden her knowledge, whether in relation to taking on new work areas, or getting involved in wider elements of the company, such as networking, marketing and client relationship building.

Emma also has vast experience working on owners’ liability, road traffic accidents and CICA claims. In addition, she is particularly interested in orthopaedic and spinal injury claims and has a wealth of knowledge working on pain disorder claims. Her caseload has also frequently consisted of fast and multi-track matters of varying complexities.
