Daria is a Litigation Executive and Trainee Solicitor in the International Injury Team.
She manages a varied caseload of fast track and intermediate track international injury claims, including Package Travel Regulation cases, Montreal and Athens Convention claims, and road traffic accidents abroad.
With six years of experience in personal injury law, Daria joined Fletchers after completing her law degree and has since developed her expertise in both serious injury and international injury claims. She is also working towards qualifying as a Solicitor in the near future.
She takes great pride in helping clients rebuild their lives following accidents or incidents, particularly when they are left vulnerable after being injured abroad.
For Daria, the most rewarding aspect of her work is guiding clients through complex cases with empathy and care, ensuring they secure the compensation they deserve to support their recovery and future.

Our client had been travelling around Spain on his motorcycle for nearly a month when a lorry encroached on his side of the road, forcing him to take emergency evasive action to avoid a collision. Our client sustained fractured ribs and a complex fracture to his right wrist, for which he underwent major surgery 18 months post-accident. Daria’s hard work on this case helped to secure a significant compensation for the client, and the Court found that the accident was 100% the fault of the lorry.
