Charlotte manages and assists with serious injury cases from initial instruction to settlement. With a legal career spanning nearly two decades, she has developed extensive expertise in both claimant and defendant work. 

Charlotte began her legal journey in 2006 as a paralegal, and completed her qualification as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2020. Her experience working with defendants gives her valuable insight into tactics commonly used by oppositions throughout claims.  

Charlotte’s personal experiences inspire her dedication to her clients. Having grown up with a mother who has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, she understands the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. This insight enables her to approach her cases with empathy and a determination to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.

ANON: 

Multi-Million-pound claim involving a minor with a severe TBI and life changing and limiting injuries.  

ANON:  

Fatality claim sustained in Portugal involving several dependants. In England damages and dependants would be restricted however, in this case settlement was agreed in the sum of c£250,000.00.  

ANON:  

The client sustained a traumatic brain injury when on holiday in a Spanish hotel and brought actions both against the hotel where the accident occurred, the company who was responsible for the entertainment provided  as well as his own travel insurance. This matter concerned complex issues of applicable law, insurance policy limitation, causation and multiple parties. The case settled for the sum of c£100,000.00.
