Charlotte is a Partner and Senior Solicitor within our Serious Injury team, qualifying in 2007.
She has built a strong reputation as a tough negotiator, leaving no stone unturned in order to achieve the highest possible compensation for her clients, as well as ensuring a comprehensive rehabilitation package is in place to support them in the long term. For many years Charlotte has represented clients who have suffered a major trauma and understands the compassion, sensitivity and commitment to rehabilitation that these clients can need.
Charlotte deals with the most complex and life-changing, catastrophic injury cases and is experienced in representing individuals who have suffered amputation, spinal cord injury, severe traumatic brain injury, brachial plexus injuries, chronic pain, complex poly trauma and fatal accident claims. She works closely with the Court of Protection team on cases where individuals or their family members may lack mental capacity and require a financial deputy. Charlotte also has over 14 years’ experience of representing claimants injured in workplace accidents in the most complex cases and this is an area in which she maintains a keen interest. She is well liked by her clients because of her down to earth approach and unwavering commitment to client care.
