Caroline has specialised in the personal injury sector for over 27 years. During her career, she has settled some of the largest and/or complex cases in the firm, many involving PPO settlements and provisional damages.

Caroline works exclusively with clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries; namely spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, amputation, brachial plexus and poly trauma, and in recent years has recovered over £100m in damages for her clients. She achieves rehabilitation options early, so her clients benefit from the best treatment and care at the earliest stage to enable optimal recovery.

Whilst known amongst her peers and opponents for her collaborative working style, she is also a renowned litigator and has had consistent success with interlocutory matters including non-party applications, interim payments applications and the like, as well as winning complex catastrophic cases at trial. Her cases have received regional, national and industry coverage.

She is an inspirational leader of the team, and her tenacity is driven by her hope that every client will have the best life possible, post injury.
