Settlement achieved: A substantial five figure sum
Our client instructed us following an accident on his bicycle which resulted in a crushing injury to his ankle. Claire started early engagement of the Defendant which resulted in further access to physiotherapy rehabilitation which improved NA’s physical recovery. NA was able to return to work in a full-time capacity and returned to his hobby of running.
Orthopaedic evidence and psychological evidence was obtained. A five figure settlement was achieved which included sums for the increased cost of commuting in the future as NA no longer wished to cycle to work and back.
