Our client was riding his motorcycle when the defendant pulled out of a side road and collided with him, causing our client to eject from his motorcycle. Our client suffered severe lower limb injuries, as well as psychological injuries. He underwent surgery for a severed artery in his left leg, but the following day it was advised that he would need a below knee amputation.
