A Delivery Driver and Warehouse Worker was driving home from a road trip when an HGV collided into the rear of his vehicle causing serious injuries to him and his partner. The client suffered multiple injuries including: spinal fractures, sacral fracture and lower back pain, soft tissue knee injuries, cuts and bruising, and (PTSD). Following the accident, the client relied heavily on friends and family for help. He and his then partner unfortunately separated due to the impact the accident had on them both. Thanks to the support of Chartered Legal Executives, Katie Rutter and Victoria Martin, the client received £120,000. The compensation will allow him to seek further treatment, including psychological therapy beyond what was arranged during the claim process, as well as a tailored restoration programme to help manage ongoing pain and improve his daily functioning.
