AN award-winning road safety group is looking to expand into Herefordshire to spread the message about the dangers of the county's roads to young people.
Time and Place, which started in the Forest of Dean, is hoping to build on its initial success that saw it awarded Prince Michael's international road safety award at the end of last year.
The group includes driving instructors and other concerned parties who hope to visit schools and colleges in Herefordshire to try to reduce the number of serious accidents on the county's roads.
Time and Place aims to reduce the number of fatal and serious accidents in Herefordshire through education.
The group hopes to bring presentations to as many teenagers as possible who are approaching the age when they will learn to drive.
They cover alcohol and drug abuse, speed, misuse of seat belts and the effects of peer pressure.
The group's founder is Jimmy Martin, a driving instructor from the Forest of Dean, was determined to make a difference to the amount of young people dying on the roads.
Any schools or groups interested in contacting Time and Place about its services can ring Heather on 01432 820573.
