Advice on living with spinal injuries

A new booklet has been produced to help all those living with a spinal cord injury to deal with the new realities they are faced with.

Spinal Injuries Ireland was developed after 18 months of research .

The 270-page handbook covers all aspects of living with a spinal cord injury, with specific relevance to those living in Ireland.

It looks at the emotional impact of the injury for the individual and their family, and how to adapt to life in a wheelchair.
