We were contacted by the wife of an electrical worker who had been involved in a fatal accident. He had fallen from a height while performing his job. He was transferred to the local hospital where he passed away three days later from his injuries.
We immediateley accessed all records relating to the scaffolding construction from which the worker was operating. We also worked with the manufacturer to ensure that we had records relating to the load-bearing performance and height restrictions relating to the structure.
We completed an investigation which included attendance at the inquest.
Our evidence was submitted, and our case against the employer was sucessful.
Our client's future was protected as our detailed work ensured that she and her family could remain in the family home that they had lived in for over 15 years.
