Fatal accident case study 1

Mrs Harding

We were contacted the wife of a man who had been involved in a fatal road traffic accident. He has been driving home late at night when a lorry swerved into his car.

We sensitively addressed the family's concerns at this time. We met the family at a location of their choice to discuss the situation and talk through the ways in which we could provide support.

Our specialists investigated the lorry's service record, weather conditions at the time of accident and driver fatigue. We immediately established a case and began to work on behalf of the Harding family.

The family's primary worry was the funding of the children’s education. Our legal teams understood this worry and quickly secured funding which provided for the education of the two children until they reached the age of 21. This was at no cost whatsoever to our client.

Our specialised legal teams also implemented financial solutions to allow Mrs Harding to provide for her and her family for the rest of their lives. They were able to remain in the family home which provided stability at this difficult time for all involved.
