Our dedicated case managers ensure that all Cerebral Palsy rehabilitation needs identified by medical teams are delivered either in hospital units or in the longer term, at home. Each case is different and we utilise our nationwide network of experts to assess and deliver solutions which are unique to each client and situation.
The rehabilitation programmes are patient centred and defined by our dedicated case managers and relevant NHS medical experts. We ensure that our client is able to play an active part in making informed decisions regarding all aspects of their rehabilitation.
