Brain injury case managers

Private case managers

Our brain & head injury lawyers work quickly on behalf of our clients to appoint a dedicated case manager. The case manager works to identify cost effective resources that will provide real benefits in the form of rehabilitation, ongoing care and long-term support. Case managers complete three key tasks, assessment, planning, and implementation.

Single point of contact

By appointing a dedicated manager to work on a one-to-one basis we ensure that there is a single point of contact for all parties including medical, legal and family members to work with, in order to deliver solutions that meet exact client needs. A key function of this role is the delivery of the recommendations made. As a result, our experience of appointing and working with brain injury case managers ensures that our client’s requirements are implemented in defined timescales.

Responsibilities of the role

Our brain injury case managers provide:

  • A dedicated one-to-one management hub;
  • A full assessment of client needs;
  • The identification of key people to deliver services required;
  • An ongoing review and reassessment of the recommendations made;
  • The final delivery of the recommendations made.
