Assisted technology for spinal injury clients

We recognise that assisting in delivering independence to those who have suffered spinal injury is a key part in the rehabilitation process.

Our spinally injured clients benefit from the experience we have in implementing assisted technology within their homes. This provides a route to allow communication, educational access and entertainment needs to be met, along with more day-to-day requirements such as the ability to control environment temperature.

Many of those affected by spinal injury are unable to use a switch or a keyboard, or have very great difficulty doing so. We use a range of alternative access devices, including gaze direction tracking, controlkeys typing system, customised joysticks, touchscreens and speech recognition software. All of these applications are bespoke to each client and their unique situation.

To find out more about the solutions we provide please call us on 0800 61 66 81 or use the contact details at the top left of this page.
