Jonathan is a partner of Serious Injury Law Limited and a member of the Catastrophic Injury Team.
After graduating from the University of Nottingham with First Class honours, Jonathan joined the firm as a trainee in 1995.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has exclusively worked for injured claimants. He specialises in very serious injury claims such as spinal injury, brain injury, amputation, polytrauma and fatal accidents.
He acts for both adults and children in cases arising from a wide variety of accidents including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, occupiers and public liability. He also acts on behalf of clients in high-value criminal injury compensation claims.
He has achieved settlements in many high-value cases including where prospects of success have been very difficult.
He works to ensure that not only do his clients receive maximum awards, but also that their funding and rehabilitation needs are met so as to enhance the prospects of recovery.
Jonathan is named as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ in the 2023 Legal 500.
Outside work, Jonathan carries the burden of supporting Aston Villa, and his interests include travel, film and music.
