Over the last 31 years, we have dealt with some of the UK’s largest and most complex serious injury cases, achieving numerous multi-million pound settlements for our clients.

Serious Injury Law is recommended as a Top Tier firm by the Legal 500, who say “This firm is absolutely dedicated to providing access to justice to severely injured claimants. The experience they have developed in understanding the claim and providing support and rehabilitation sets them apart.” and “Able to combine a team of absolutely top drawer lawyers, with a personal and personable service that is often difficult with the bigger firms. A truly stand-out group of partners.”

We are the firm of choice for many other legal professionals who recognise our depth of expertise in catastrophic cases.

Our focus has led us to develop strong, trusted relationships with many of the UK’s leading medical experts, accident investigators and national serious injury charities, and we are proud of our reputation for excellence, integrity and commitment to achieving the very best outcome for our clients.

Making a difference

Serious Injury Law Ltd encourages and supports our colleagues in a wide range of pro bono work, community volunteering and charitable fundraising activities.

We also seek opportunities to support programmes that have lasting impact.

We have been patrons of Bolton Lads & Girls’ Club for over 20 years and were closely involved in raising the money to develop their current facilities. We are proud that Bolton became the blueprint for the development of OnSide Youth Zones which are opening across England, offering young people inspirational state-of-the-art facilities and helping them develop to their full potential.

We are proud sponsors of Back Up, a highly respected national charity that works to transform the lives of those with a spinal cord injury. The Back Up Mentoring Programme, which we support, matches those injured with mentors who have been through similar experiences.

Uniquely, the mentoring extends beyond the person injured to include their partner or children, all of whom may be struggling to adjust in different ways. The Back Up Mentoring Programme has already received acclaim from the International Spinal Cord Society.
